What is Rapid Transformational Therapy? 

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a powerful hybrid therapy that combines elements of hypnosis, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, and the most effective aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Unlike other therapies that access only the logical mind, RTT has the unique ability to delve into the subconscious mind, where deep-seated beliefs and programming are stored.

 

Our subconscious beliefs are formed by the age of about 8. They dictate our thoughts and behaviours, influencing 95% of our day, far more than the logical mind's 5%. RTT allows us to upgrade and rewire these limiting beliefs, providing clarity by uncovering the root cause during a hypnotherapy session. The reprogramming of the subconscious mind is rapid and permanent, creating new neural pathways through neuroplasticity that do not revert.

One of the most fabulous aspects of RTT is its ability to deliver rapid results. In many cases, just one session can provide the relief you seek, sparing you the need for prolonged, repetitive discussions about your issues. While some situations may require up to three sessions, the goal is to help you transform and heal efficiently.

How does rapid transformational therapy work?

RTT delivers remarkable results, aiding in the release of negative emotions and the cessation of recurring negative thoughts. The true breakthrough lies in understanding the underlying reasons for your feelings and actions by revisiting past memories. This method, in my perspective, is the most effective way to unearth the root causes of your issues.

Your mind responds to your commands, so releasing the past and reshaping the meaning attached to past events can grant you an extraordinary sense of freedom and self-control. The subconscious mind already holds the answers to why you feel the way you do.

What to expect from an RTT programme and the next steps to take

An RTT ‘session’ is a 28-day programme.  This is how it works:-

1. Start with a FREE 30-minute Zoom Discovery Call to understand how our therapy can benefit you and get answers to your questions.

  • 2. If you decide to work with me, I'll send you an Intake Form and a Progress Tracker. We'll review your progress weekly after your hypnotherapy sessions. Plus, you'll receive two self-hypnosis audios (Relaxing and Sleep) at no cost.

    3. After receiving your completed Intake Form, we'll schedule a 75-minute Consultation.

    4. Following the Consultation, we'll book your 2.5-hour RTT Session, which can be held via Zoom or at my Clinic. You'll receive a personalized self-hypnosis audio within 24 hours.

    5. During our Consultation, I'll ask you to imagine life without your issue, and I'll create a customized self-hypnosis audio for you. Listening to it for 28 consecutive days is crucial for rewiring your subconscious mind.

    6. I'm here for you during office hours for any questions or concerns. We'll also monitor your progress together. I'm your biggest supporter throughout this journey.

    7. After 28 days, we'll discuss the positive changes, goal achievements, and your overall well-being. This therapy is personalized, comprehensive, and unique.

    8. While additional sessions might be needed, typically, three sessions are all it takes. Start your healing journey and regain your life!

 FAQ - Rapid Transformational Therapy

  • Each therapy session lasts approximately 2.5 hours. For that reason, we ask you to block off a full 3 hours in your calendar to make sure you are not rushed.

  • The experience feels different for different people. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, some do not but most people feel totally relaxed and at ease. What is important to know is that how you feel is not an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like – it’s working!

  • Absolutely not – that is an old wives’ tale! You have complete control the whole time. You can talk throughout our session, move your body. You will also remember our conversations.

  • It is important to know that hypnosis is not magic, it is a science. It works by creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you are in REM. That is what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It is very easy and anyone can do it. You will see for yourself when you do it too!

  • Don’t worry about how deep you go. I really want to you to forget all about that. It is really not important. The depth of trance is not linked to the results at all. All you have to tell yourself that ‘this is working’ and it absolutely will.

  • What makes RTT amazing is that even if you think you know the reason you will see it in a COMPLETELY new way. That is what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately change your beliefs. For many clients, they go back to scenes that are totally different to what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.

  • If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things like sexual or physical abuse or other trauma, it is important to remember that you are not reliving the scene but simply reviewing it and that you are safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal. We can move onto other scenes quickly if this is needed.

  • There are 3 different types of change from RTT – every person is different:

    • Immediate. You may feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session.

    • Incremental. You will see consistent shifts every day or over time.

    • Retroactive. You do not see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.

  • RTT is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one RTT session on a particular issue, depending on how deep rooted it but it can take up to 3 sessions. Most people want to keep doing sessions to work on other areas of their life and to build new habits and any negative looping thoughts or behaviours.
